So, I have now removed the setback for the underfloor heating. We still have a heating circuit 2 for towel warmers and normal radiators, e.g. in the offices. Here, I leave the night setback.

Before you increase the temperature, first check whether the flow rate for the cultivation at the distributor is throttled or if it is already fully open. If the cultivation is throttled, then let the valve open further. It’s best to document well which changes you make (flow rates, etc.)

I also prefer a constant temperature in order to keep the supply line low on average. Currently, I have only a 1° difference between day and night. But that is only because I noticed that at night 1° higher was slightly too warm and during the day 1° lower was slightly too cold. However, that was the very last step in adjusting, after about 2 years of trial and error.

The cultivation also has full flow. (connected to the same line and "controller sight glass fully open") I think the temperature difference has to do with the room geometry. Here I have a room measuring 5X8m with an apex height of just under 4.8m

Are the 37°C supply temperatures at the radiator sufficient, or is the supply temperature regulated per heating circuit?

The 2nd heating circuit has a different VLT

Then your only option is to set the supply temperature higher and regulate the rooms that become too warm by reducing the flow. In the extension, a closer pipe spacing probably would have been appropriate.
