Garages are never too wide.... they can only be too narrow. If two cars are supposed to fit in, I would never go below 6 meters in width.

If it were my house, the building services and garden equipment would share the space under the garage in favor of the vehicle fleet. Building services don't need much space and the short distance to the insulated room should be able to be insulated, right?

Are you okay with the floor plan so far? I could imagine that there is still potential there.

Recommendation from personal experience:
Garage width inside 6 meters.
Technology and equipment under the garage in a large room. Then you also have everything you need together.

Hello, perfect, that's exactly how I imagined the advice. I am very grateful for it and agree with you. I will redraw the plan tomorrow and upload it. On Monday, I will talk to the construction company about what they say if we combine [Geräte/Werkstatt und Haustechnik] in the back part of the garage. Otherwise, I think I am quite satisfied with the floor plan, or are there any suggestions? I am happy to listen to any opinions.

Purely from the ground floor without the upper floor, sections, site plan, elevations are rather difficult to assess.
Basement only with external access, or what is that? Would not be my choice.
Otherwise, I don’t understand either of the two bay windows - the one in the kitchen somewhat more than the one in the living room.
In the living room you have practically zero space for furniture and a room width of 3.7 m (would be too narrow for me).
The 45° corner does not make things any better. Please try furnishing the living room.
No possibility for a proper wardrobe (depending on the number of people, the 1.4 m might not be enough).
Please furnish the kitchen in the kitchen studio - just for fun - and see if it fits like that! (right now everything is still possible).
The living room might be somewhat dark in the corner due to the very large roof covering.
I would push the living room wall (at the bottom of the plan) out so that there is 4.32 m width everywhere. Slightly move the window triple element so that you get a wall for at least a 40 cm cabinet row. Then I would place an element, as also in the office, in the living room instead of the single window door.

Hello Jochen,

do you have more information on this? What was done? How high was the investment?

Gladly also via private message.

I have uploaded the kitchen for you. However, you have to imagine it mirrored on the other side now, because we made the kitchen plan with the same house where it was mirrored.
