1. Please try to detach yourself from "KfW," it is just another loan from your bank (in this case probably Allianz). You are not getting a loan from KfW; Allianz simply gets the money it lends you from there under certain conditions. 2. This KfW component is a subordinated loan. When the fixed interest period ends after 10 years, an extension must take place. And then you are entirely at the mercy of Allianz. No other bank will voluntarily enter into the subordination. 3. With this tiny difference between the KfW funds and the Allianz bank loan with such glaringly different fixed interest periods and your risk aversion, any question is actually nonsensical, as you would have to be out of your mind not to do everything with Allianz.

I agree with my predecessors. Leave out kfw and take the offer where you pay off the fastest and need the smallest interest amount over the entire term. Don't forget the special repayment, kfw cannot be repaid early, only the remaining amount after 10 years.

We accepted the offer of a 30-year term with a 30-year fixed interest rate at 4.57% on 03.11.2023.
