Dear forum community, I would be glad if you could take another look at our house design. When planning, you tend to become blind to it yourself, so I look forward to your feedback. Thank you very much. The plot measures W17.5 x L72 meters and is located in a rural community. Here you will find the floor plans and a few pictures. Best regards, Steffi33.

Dear Yvonne, you surely remember our first draft here in the forum. There I presented a single-story design. Alternatively, now a two-story variant. Yes, we prefer to plan without a basement. The future neighbors have water in the basement. Best regards, Steffi.

Hello Steffi, ... then the utility room is far too small to be used as a technical room. I see no space for household technology or storage area, and the dressing room is too narrow for two rows of clothes at 155 cm. Where will the washing be done...? Where will things be stored?

asks Yvonne

Edit: I have removed "ironing" - I see the space for that

At first glance, I see the same problems as Yvonne. Solution approach for the utility room problem: If I see correctly, you are planning 2 bathrooms and a guest WC for three people. Consider whether it might be sufficient to possibly create a shower bathroom on the ground floor (including the utility room) and place the utility room upstairs. However, then you have the problem that you have to store everything upstairs. Alternatively: Use the entire ground floor as a utility room and swap the shower bathroom and the large bathroom upstairs.
