I am not going into every single item of the equipment, nor am I handling any (even small) tender...

Facing bricks: approx. TEUR 17
Electric shutters for 20 windows: TEUR 5.3
Concrete stairs with wooden covering: TEUR 2.8
Controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery: TEUR 9.8
Chimney flue stainless steel (outside): approx. TEUR 3
Photovoltaic system with 10.29 kWp and 5.6 kW battery: TEUR 22 net
Prefabricated garage 6 x 9: TEUR 18

Then I just hope that the offers are transparent enough so that you can make use of them and assess them. "A piece of house" can mean almost anything, from the doghouse to the luxury villa. ;-)

Hello Bolzen,

when can we expect the first offers?

I happen to be working with similar basic data for the house. 11x11.3m + garage around the corner with 68sqm + 22-degree roof pitch without roof windows dragged over the garage with a roof terrace above the

garage which results from the corner solution + without a basement with 2 full floors, 2m knee wall upstairs.

Unfortunately, the offer for plots is quite difficult for us and the prices vary between 125€ and 400€, and that in the countryside.

So we are still waiting for the right offer regarding the plot.

But maybe we can exchange or complement each other a bit with the offers.

I myself always come back to a price of 320,000€ with 36.5cm bricks, many fixed glazed windows, and the simplest cubature + 50,000 furnishing + 80,000 plot around 750sqm-800sqm

(more I am no longer willing to invest).

I am also always curious about the assessment from Bauexperte, which I appreciate very much and have contacted them once in advance.

However, I did not want to start my own blog yet, although the planning has slowly taken shape over the past year and about 1000 hours in CAD.

But if the plot does not fit the house, all this is wasted effort.

So I look forward to the first offers here and wish you continued good luck and patience.
