Hello,

You can save yourself the informational event in my opinion. Go straight to looking for an independent financing broker. It also costs a good 2 hours of your time, but in the end you know how much money you can put in and can comfortably decide how much you want to spend!

Rhenish regards

That is probably due to your settings; the HBF is optimized for all common browsers and apart from the occasional double posts appearing, it works. Rhenish greetings

it really depends on how you live, what you consume, how you build.

I can now say that €300 per month can be very tight. Because in addition to what you wrote, the following items come into play:
- insurances
- more gasoline
- eventually a second car
- even more gasoline
- reserves for repairs
- possibly reserves for bills from the municipality (new sewer/road)

We built KFW 55 and currently need just under €20 gas for hot water and heating (two of us with a baby), electricity is between €50 and €80, depending on how often washing is done or the oven is used for longer meals. The base load in the house is about 4-5 kWh per day. As I said, on peak days we've already consumed 20 kWh. I am currently keeping very detailed records out of interest :)
Waste disposal is very cheap for us. We pay less than €100 per year, but that's because we don't produce any waste except residual waste, or we go to the recycling center.
Water is also very cheap for us, but it also depends on the sewage fee, which you influence with your sealed surface area.

As in all your posts, you are calculating very narrowly (keyword garage... it will cost you closer to €20,000 if it is not to be a steel box)

Insurances and all costs for 2 vehicles (fuel, repairs, and reserves for new purchases) are already calculated. I am really only concerned with the points I mentioned. I just believe that I should definitely manage with 300€... actually even be below that.

but the house must also be built energy-efficiently, and if you want to build at least Kfw 70, construction will be more expensive. you only get low ancillary costs if you invest beforehand...

No equity means no income?? Or no income from self-employment?

So if about €600 remain from your income and expenses, I consider the project unrealistic, you can calculate it yourself... there are various calculators online... Is there a building savings contract or other forms of investment? Without equity, financing is absolutely not feasible.
