Real or what?

I have an instant water heater at the sink and a small electronic device that switches off the heater as soon as the inlet temperature rises above 30 degrees. Cost around €150. This way, there is no cold water when washing hands in the morning and at night. The cheap compromise to the circulation line.

With us, with four bathrooms plus two kitchens, that would be 900 euros plus the electricity consumption

Then better timed circulation

Let the thread starter decide for themselves whether this information is relevant to them. Not everyone has 4 bathrooms and the need to have warm water from every tap in the entire house from the very first second at all times.

Also, I wonder how it works with the timed circulation when I need to go to the toilet at any time during the night. It is always very unpleasant for the wife when the husband comes to bed with cold hands. Besides, the water feels coldest at night. During the day, I don't mind if cold water comes from the kitchen for 10 seconds.

I can tell you that the info will no longer be relevant to him at this point

But let it be...

I like the idea of the runner. But it's always a matter of opinion anyway; I usually wash myself with cold water unless I really have oily dirt or something like that on my hands and warm water is more efficient.
