Hello,
maybe I should have added a sentence to my answer: "What is not in the BB or in additions is considered not purchased!". Against this background, you have to read every BB or – if you feel overwhelmed by it (which would be logical since you are approaching this as a layperson) – seek professional help. That money is always well invested!
e.g. at Der Da
- fastening crane stand - so far I assumed this was a service of the construction company from the start, since the crane is essential for the creation of their service (building the house) --> for me this is a hint that I will ask our BU about this for safety reasons
I am relatively sure that in their BB it says something like: "... the client (that is you) must ensure free and firm, load-bearing access to the construction site and building site for trucks with up to 40 tons weight, cranes, etc."
It is probably to be assumed that your BU uses a crane, but it is also correct that you have to create the conditions for this. This is not part of their service and – in my experience – is only found in pure developer transactions.
Therefore, I will take the information from this thread into Excel over the weekend and review what I still need to clarify.
That is a good idea. And while you are at it, read your BB also against the background of my opening sentence
Rhenish greetings
