In this respect, I can very well understand "Wastl´s" post from another thread; my sympathy is also now very limited. This is because it is quite possible for every potential builder to inform themselves very well in advance; maybe not down to the last cent, but almost certainly very close. Consumer advice centers are just as recommendable for this as any forum that deals with building. BUT – that is work and obviously not as interesting as being able to name every tiniest screw on the car

it seems no one is interested anymore in what the soil class looks like. Isn’t it the most important thing when it comes to additional costs to obtain a soil survey?

In Mühlheim annually, they did it retrospectively, it’s just a newly built nuclear power plant that has not been put into operation!

Well then – I have only written here from experience. When we had our first discussions and the first offers came in, this position was not mentioned at all by two nationwide providers. In conversation, it was then dismissed or belittled upon inquiry.

Then they were two utter idiots who have no place in our profession! I would be quite interested to know which nationwide providers those were.

Costs from €4,000.00 and upwards can hardly be called "small."
