You’re right! I assumed it wasn’t about wet areas – a windowsill or some corner by the door is no problem with plaster. After all, there are also plastered walls in bathrooms ;)

In the pictures, I see a window corner

No, but the photo with the hole showed a floor tile. Otherwise, I wouldn’t consider it problematic either – although the grout color would have to match. For example, none of our grout has a gypsum-like color.

For me, the riser below the floor tile would have been nicer.

Oh dear.. if someone expects that from me, the air burns ;) My standard would definitely not be that and certainly not in a new building!!!

True! There actually is none! In both cases, it looks like it was done by an amateur!
