Often the problem is that the craftsman is chosen based on the price in the bottom right. A craftsman who charges higher prices (and can demand them) can usually only do so because he also delivers corresponding quality. And you can see that, among other things, in such things. That is why it is important to look at references beforehand and also to value the reputation of the craftsman. In our case, the tiler voluntarily fixed some things that he was not happy with. I would not even have noticed some of them during the acceptance.

But often you have no influence over it, for example when building with a [GÜ]... then you have to get along with the craftsmen who show up on the construction site... and they are often exactly the ones you are talking about... in other words, those with the lowest amount at the bottom right...

But then "one" has already made a mistake when choosing their temporary building partner. The game is always the same: everyone is the architect of their own fortune ;) Rhineland greetings

Well, many don't even have a choice... large GÜs work with many different craftsmen... so it can happen that two neighbors build with the same GÜ and have completely different craftsmen on site...

Accordingly, can the work they deliver be completely different. One client then finds everything great and for the other it's a disaster...
