I’ll give you a tip for the small holes in the grout: simply touch them up with some plaster on your finger so that the holes are filled. You can also do this with the edge joint.

I wouldn’t recommend the plaster tip in wet areas; instead, he should have the tiler come back to re-grout it or tell him which grout material he used.
