I think that can be neglected. And [Waschmaschine etc] is in any case located in the utility room or basement. The bedroom is already cool.

Not with our insulation. Building services and housekeeping are warm. In the utility room, when the washing machine and dryer are running, you can create a steam sauna without exhaust.

The largest heat entry usually occurs through solar radiation. Full shading through EXTERNAL measures provides the most in summer.

Once the heat is inside, you can't quickly get it out by ventilating.

24 degrees is really not that bad now with the recent intense heat, in my opinion.

Here in the apartment it is 27, a south-facing window is not equipped with EXTERNAL blinds.

22° thanks to passive cooling via underfloor heating.

We have 24 degrees here year-round, as long as the outside temperatures stay below 26 - 27 degrees.
Of course, more during extreme heat – currently 27.5 (10:15 PM).

And of course, if necessary, we darken all windows with roller shutters... healthy sleep without air conditioning is currently out of the question.

Yes, especially through the windows. That's where the heat comes in. Of course also through closed ones. But I've never heard that good roof insulation contributes to warming in summer. That used to be the case when insulation wasn't that good yet. Older attic apartments heat up due to lack of insulation. In winter they are cold.

In the meantime, everyone here struggles with that. The only thing that helps is to keep the blinds closed during the day and ventilate crosswise at night.
