Have Q2 smoothly plastered onto Q3 or use painter's fleece

So we absolutely love our upgraded Q2 walls. Of course, you can still see here and there in the grazing light that it’s not Q3 or Q4. However, we were aware of this.

You always have to consider what the alternatives are: either a complete house with rough textured wallpaper full of pinholes, or one with small cosmetic flaws here and there. And when I think about the extra cost for full-surface filling, we’re happy to accept a few not 100% perfect spots.

Attached are pictures up close and from a bit of a distance. This is painted renovation fleece 150g from Relius.

Have you ever tried holding a strong LED lamp as grazing light against the walls as a test?

Of course... looks shitty. But that doesn't reflect real living conditions; it's only for perfectionists. The result is completely sufficient for us.

It wasn’t meant to be offensive!
We just have some lamps on the walls that cast indirect lighting. That’s why Q2 was always a real pain for me before.

It was also not understood as malicious - of course, I understand what you mean.

I am still fundamentally confused when it comes to this topic. I only read about the alternatives "Q3/Q4 plaster" or "painting fleece" everywhere. Am I overlooking something, or does no one simply consider normal non-woven wallpapers? Like, for example, ones with patterns or color or grain or something?
