No, not at all:
Living room 3.8 by 3.8
Office where I can also endure it 3 days a week
Kitchen separable by sliding door with pantry
Dining room where you can, if necessary, also sit eight people (then it can be tight)
Shower bath
Cloakroom niche
Stairs up and down, ideally with a landing staircase
Fireplace spot would be great, but not a must
Or is it just not doable on 75 square meters?

I think the planner proceeded like that too. He eagerly squeezed in our requirements without stopping us. Often it is better to give the client what he needs and not what he wants

Yes, it does help a lot. Even on the north side!

I only see two requirements implemented, although I find the adherence to the dimensions 3.80 x 3.80 as well as the statement Dining room where you can, if necessary, also sit with eight... somewhat questionable (not the latter requirement itself) For you, is a fireplace place a seating area in front of the fireplace? That means an additional seating area next to the TV spot?! On 75 sqm you usually have to decide whether a good cloakroom space or a pantry... A landing staircase is not visible here either, the sliding door pantry also needs its place... and the office? Set up, you sit with your back to the door; if you turn the desk into a success position, you look into the trash niche. I doubt the expert.

I can't quite place the addendum now, what exactly do you find questionable? No, not a seat, that is unrealistic in my view. It was really only meant to be the place for the fireplace, ideally it should be visible from both the dining table and the sofa. In summary, we have taken your doubts to heart and are starting again with a blank sheet (richer in experience for that).
