And what does this tell us now about the two floor plans???
I don’t understand!
And if one of them is only supposed to be for the ground floor, what happens on the upper floor? After all, a huge staircase takes up a lot of space at the entrance...

There is also nothing here to infer anything from...
Is the questionnaire really that difficult??

So, the yellow one is really ugly!

It is a predicament when information is incomplete. One might guess now, this is supposed to become a 2-family house ... or is that a wrong guess? ;)

The original ground floor was attached at the request of another user. Just wanted to get opinions on the ground floor in post 1. The plot is approximately 17*28m in size. And yes, it is supposed to be a two-family house.

The intention of the OP is not entirely clear to me yet: is it about modifying the only two-family house floor plan available on the internet that fits the external dimensions without involving an architect? - A 60 cm boundary distance leads me to fear that the mayor must be the cousin of the one who is causing mayoral mischief in the community of , because this is nonsense straight out of a textbook. Extension obligation yes or no, but extension obligation a little bit, that doesn't work. I have already understood that there is no development plan here, but then the §34 framework must either be supplemented by a local statute or the requirement of the 60 cm boundary distance is the mayor's private wish and does not apply. In fact, from the surroundings, I hardly see a reason to deny the wish for a unilateral boundary extension here, but it is not clearly determined whether this should be wished for the west or east boundary. Building free-standing within the actual building window with a normal side setback is also, as I see it, not deniable here. Roof windows seem to me to be possible here, limited by fire protection.

And how is one supposed to know which "original" that is? It would be really simple to mark it as such in one sentence from you :) I’ll assume the naive version (the other one after all has more "substance"), so the yellow one: Bathrooms in the west, doors from the bathrooms toward the living area, living area in the darkest corner of the house, hallway way too large, too much unused and unnecessary circulation space (1/3 of the apartment), no proper zoning between private and open areas, too long a distance from the bedroom to the bathroom, and no exterior wall from the utility room make the design partly unfeasible and not really worthy. Then the staircase does not work under permitted single-story conditions.
