This brick search is really not easy :p
To make it even harder, some manufacturers no longer name reference projects for data protection reasons, or there are simply very few in these particular color tones... it’s already difficult to get a proper picture.
For me, the "Margate" from Röben has now moved into the shortlist. I have already seen some nice pictures and talked to satisfied builders.

May I give you feedback on this brick?
I know this brick firsthand.
It costs half as much as the Aahus.
But it is only colored on the outside. My neighbor even sued Röben because this brick shows rust stains.
What do you save on this brick per m2, 30€?
I would never put myself through that in my life.
This is my personal opinion based on my collected experience.

As satisfied as I was with the Röben brick, I was equally dissatisfied with their roof tiles.
Form tolerance, durability, everything was absolutely terrible.

Unfortunately, it’s not just about the €30 per sqm, but also about the additional labor costs. Overall, I was told an extra cost of at least €12,000 for using the Aarhus.

Don’t get me wrong. I am aware that especially good usually also means especially expensive. And in the end, I have to decide for myself “which death I die.” But since I still have some time before the decision has to be made, I can happily keep searching Other possible candidates are the Vandersanden facing bricks Rega or Rainbow silver.

How much facade area do you have? 12,000 EUR seems reasonable to me at first, unless you already have "expensive" clinker bricks included as standard.

It concerns approximately 220 sqm of facade surface. The price includes €800 p.T. for the clinker.
