Gray-white clinker, only ceramic?

It concerns about 220 sqm of facade area. The price includes 800€ per thousand bricks for the clinker.

For 800 per thousand, you almost get the Aahus (net). I paid 790 per thousand last year. I can send you the contact from sales, not trying to advertise. I'm still really pissed at Röben because of the roof tiles!!!
If they charge 10-15 per sqm more for laying, I would consider that reasonable. And that's how I would negotiate.

It’s not about what you consider reasonable, but rather which surcharges are usually applied for this material, and that is by no means just 15 EUR/m². Unfortunately. You can try to negotiate, but it probably won’t help much here.

In fact, I was quoted a price for the clinker of just over €1,000 p.T. (it seems to be very "in" right now). And the surcharge for labor is well over €15/sqm. I’m afraid there isn’t much room for negotiation at these times…

If clean clinker laying costs 60€/m2 and ceramic 75€, I consider that reasonable. These are market prices. Fair money for fair work. That is my standpoint.

Good for you, but as mentioned above, unfortunately you won’t find a mason who will process such a stone for you at that price, and I speak from (current) experience. Do you?
