Grant funding KFW 461 - problems?

I have a question about the KFW 461 grant funding. Is it sufficient if, for example, I went to the bank on 1.5.2021.

On 2.5.2021 I signed a planning and house construction contract.

And on 1.8.2021 I applied for the grant at KFW.

Now the question is, is this okay or will KFW cause problems?

The application for the subsidy must be made before the construction contract. You can have a planning contract, but no work contract = house construction contract.
The sequence would therefore be:

1. Planning contract
2. Meanwhile/shortly before the work contract, preferably also finalize financing at the bank
3. Apply for the KFW subsidy (for this, you need the confirmation of the application (BZA) (I think that was the name) and the number of the energy efficiency consultant, who must also register beforehand.
4. Conclude the work contract/house construction contract
