If you do not have to consider your own or other people's children, a slim steel railing with wide gaps without glass is an alternative that requires less cleaning. Install this only after approval, when the gaps are larger than 12.5 cm; for the approval, something provisional will suffice.

Our little one is 1 1/2 at move-in. We prefer to be considerate for now. Still, thank you very much for the suggestion.

We have solution 3 from the basement to the ground floor. It looks more open than with the rather dominant handrails in your pictures. Our glass is fixed with points, the rail solution is a nice alternative (depending on the stairs). With a child, glass solutions are super great by the way – you just can't stop cleaning them, or you simply accept it ;-) .

Idea 3 in one picture. We would dispense with the striking attached handrail, as we will position the handrail on the inner wall of the staircase.

Is this going to be a concrete staircase or can you still change it to a steel stringer staircase? I have seen nice solutions where the glass disappeared into the metal stringer. We are currently working on this topic ourselves, and the problem could also be that you have to somewhat adapt to the craftsman you choose or their capabilities or willingness.
We have meanwhile abandoned a glass solution and are going with a simple metal railing, also because it was always back and forth with the glazier/metalworker; maybe it fits better with you.
None of your examples really appeal to me because glass is supposed to look light, but with the round posts or wide rails, it looks too bulky again.
I feel like I know every picture of glass stairs o_O but in the end, it always seemed too rough to me, considering the brackets and fastenings I saw.
Here is a picture with the recessed pane, but with a boring handrail. It would probably look better without it, but then again, that’s not practical.
I liked the second version best, only not with white steps, but in the end, we won’t do it like that anyway.
I also think that a continuous pane could be an idea; then you could be creative with the glass design.
How wide are the steps on your side?

It will be a concrete staircase. The resulting spaces underneath are also firmly planned.

A continuous pane is not possible because we use the space under the staircase as kitchen furniture with drawers. This way, the base structure of the staircase is integrated into the kitchen.

In the kitchen design, the dimension of the open staircase can be better estimated. Everything that is white is open (excluding the staircase itself, of course).

I like the second example picture of yours. It has a certain lightness because there is no mounted handrail.

Edith says that the staircase steps are 99 cm wide.
