I am really unsure by now. I have learned through various research that a new building with only a gas heating system no longer works. In other words, without solar, one probably does not meet the requirements.
As I said, we are building solidly with 36.5 t10 bricks, insulated ceiling and floor slab. No underfloor heating.
Still, I am unsure... should I bring in an external energy consultant?

Only controlled residential ventilation or solar for water heating fits with the gas heating with radiators. The latter is cheaper. The former is comfortable.
