Good evening.
Does a new building with a gas heating system actually have to have solar thermal for hot water and heating support, or is hot water sufficient?
We want to build solidly without facade insulation.
Additionally, we are considering a photovoltaic system. This should be more efficient than the solar thermal for heating support, right?
Thank you
Someone is planning the house after all. An architect. Or a construction company. They do know that they have to submit the energy calculation with the building application. They also know, roughly: If the house is like this and that, the heating must be like this and that, otherwise it won't work out.
It was like this here: When our house floor plan was final, the head of the general contractor said: This house needs this heating system for the energy saving ordinance, for KFW 55 it would have to be like this and that. Choose, Mr. Builder. (No one even asked the heating engineer)
