Gas/electricity connection, how can connections be installed and where

So I had a TAE installed in the utility room by Telekom.

Just a question at the end. If I don't want to have a gas connection installed because I use alternative energy, do I still have to have it installed, or can I say "I only want / need electricity"?

Uhhm no one will force you to install a gas connection. Unless something like that is specified in the development plan, which I can't imagine.

No, it’s not stated there. But there are the most amazing things, so I’m just asking. It was once discussed to include in the development plan a considerable percentage of the energy for a new building to be generated from photovoltaics. So I wouldn’t have been surprised.

Development plans sometimes include restrictive limitations that can certainly astonish an ordinary citizen. Not infrequently, lobby interests are behind them. Whether one should actually submit to them in individual cases depends on the requirements/necessities of the individual, specific construction project.

In the neighboring town, you receive a list of 4 plants for the building plot, of which at least one MUST be planted in a certain number of square meters. That is still harmless compared to the thought of possibly being forced to install [Photovoltaik] :)
