You are welcome to show that – even if it should deviate from the attachment "Idea" in post #1
Unfortunately, that is relatively difficult because I don't use any program for visualization.
For my MacBook, I couldn't find a 3D program that I could handle intuitively. I drew the floor plan the classic way on paper at 1:50 scale.
But I can gladly reveal a few details from the planning:
- 1.5-story single-family house with gable roof
- Ridge height and knee wall would still have needed to be discussed in detail with the building authority
- Planning and building application by architect
- Awarding of trades done independently (I read some interesting posts that inspired me to do this)
- Solid, monolithic construction, KFW 55
- Upper floor open at the ridge height
- No dormers, bay windows
- Interior 11.5 x 7.5 m plus wall thickness
- Clinker brick + plaster facade
- No floor-to-ceiling windows, 3m lift-and-slide door in the dining area
- Parent area with dressing room, bedroom, and en suite bathroom
- Two large children's rooms and a small children's bathroom
- Straight staircase
- Double carport
- Geothermal heat with ring trench collector (own effort combined with subsidies seems very lucrative)
- Controlled residential ventilation and photovoltaics
- Windows on the south side with extra sound insulation
Of course, I would adopt most parameters for a future house. But every plot has different requirements, so surely one thing or another will be exchanged here.
