How far is the step to the Passivhaus? Then you can save the entire heating system, underfloor heating, and possibly even the screed. And 90% of the ongoing heating costs anyway.

So if the surcharge for a 40er building envelope is over €50,000, then the passive house will certainly be significantly more expensive. And you have to like the passive house as a concept. It seems suspicious to me

As far as the distance to the passive house is concerned, I can't say. But honestly, we never really considered it. That would be a completely different concept again. How would you heat there? With such split units?

The Easter package Harbeck's was officially released yesterday. I would always take photovoltaics if you find someone who installs them, which is at least difficult in SH. Most are booked for 12 months. But 13.5 cents feed-in tariff from now on, that is something.

Based on the presence of residents and use of technical equipment. For the extreme situation then an air conditioner and perhaps an infrared mirror in the bathroom.
