Strange, I submitted the form earlier and there was no question about construction costs for me. It was about areas, enclosed space, equipment (sauna, marble staircase, etc.). Does each federal state have its own forms?

No, currently it is still uniform. The different questions are due to the different valuation methods, income approach and cost approach. Normally, residential buildings are valued using the income approach, but if it is a residential building with special equipment or design, there is no local customary rent available and therefore the cost approach must be applied (in most cases this happens if there is an apartment in the house with more than 220 sqm of living space). And for that you no longer need the living area in sqm, but the enclosed space. The equipment features are needed to calculate a generalized price per cubic meter.
I have a completely ordinary, small single-family house without any special features. Then I don't understand why I received these forms. But in any case, thank you for the info!
