What's the point? You have statements from two tax offices saying that the value is relatively unimportant.

Take your Excel sheet and add up all the costs that were directly incurred on the property. 20k more or less hardly seems to have any impact.

Better ask about his living area calculation. There seems to be potential for savings there. I only copied my building permit documents and adopted their values 1:1.

For the calculation of living space, I was told that Wohnflächenverordnung 2 applies. For this, search for "berechnungsregeln-Wohnfläche.pdf" on Google, as there is an overview there. Unfortunately, links are not allowed to be posted here.

I have added the final invoice from the BU and the land costs, done. They don’t want anything more. The areas of the house are in the building application.

Add land costs to the construction costs? I've heard something different about that too. Somehow it’s all very vague.

Just send whatever you think is right. Either they accept it as is or request something else. Both no problemo

The tax office accepts, for example, 3% plaster. The tax office sent me details for the calculation with the form. I measured on my own because it was advantageous. With knee walls, half-height walls, floor-to-ceiling window reveals depending on depth count or not, etc. I did not bother with the cost calculation because it did not matter. I no longer remember what counted.
