Hello everyone,
we have two companies here making the following statements:
Company 1:
Flush (outside) closing plastic windows are possible without further ado.
Company 2:
Flush (outside) closing plastic windows carry the risk of warping because they have an unfavorable "geometry." Company 2 therefore only makes these in the very expensive wood-aluminum version, which is not an option for us due to cost reasons.
How do you assess the statements of both companies? Does the risk mentioned by Company 2 really exist, or is it just a "trick" to keep the effort low for the company or to generate more money?
Flush-mounted windows would ultimately be the ultimate for us because this type of window very positively supports the appearance of our facade (very clear facade design towards Bauhaus style!).
