Flooring "something natural"; on underfloor heating

I have a porcelain stoneware tile that actually has a kind of slate surface. Here is a picture from my previous discovery phase (back then I photographed tiles, wallpapers, etc. in all kinds of lighting conditions to check if I would still like it then ;) ).

OFFTOPIC ... I am also really annoyed by phone signatures ... it is such a superfluous meaningless text ;)

Thanks for the photo. But I think it just looks like slate optics - not like the original ;-)

Regarding the tile ... it is not supposed to be slate either, but rather a more lively surface, yet porcelain stoneware, which is less maintenance-intensive than slate, etc.

Thanks. It's a bit like tomato sauce on your face. You don't necessarily see it yourself and it's not always desired.

OFFTOPIC ... phone signatures annoy me immensely as well ... it’s such a superfluous, pointless text ;)

It is very similar to ours, Kerstin [emoji847] , this tile looks more like sandstone than slate.

And yes: I don’t like imitations either, but there are many low-maintenance surfaces that have a charm similar to slate as well.

I thought it was about the textured surface of the tile, which is supposed to be stone-like. And it is. But not "real". But I will probably have to make a compromise anyway, because my husband finds the slate too uneven. For example, he is afraid that the chairs will get stuck on it when being moved.
