Please draw in some furniture. Especially in the children's rooms, this will hardly work due to the narrow, small spaces....

I would also suggest furnishing the whole thing realistically and not forgetting the walking paths.

Children's rooms are already very narrow. Why no window on the long side of the room?

The staircase is very steep! With a floor height of 3m, the angle is 40°.

The kitchen has no connection to the dining table, and the terrace is even further away.

Are the advantages and disadvantages of a decentralized ventilation system known?

Why not equip the entire basement with underfloor heating?

Parents get the rarely used bedroom on the beautiful south side and the children spend their time in the dark north? That doesn't work for me.

The floor height would be 2.6 meters. We have already drawn in the furniture but it is on my partner’s phone, so I couldn’t insert it. What would you change in the floor plan? We didn’t want a completely open kitchen.

In the second children's room it is not dark because the sun still comes in from the west, we saw it like that at the neighbors
