Do you already have the refectory table with 59cm depth? You can't even sit properly opposite each other there. Well, it's all a matter of taste.

Tell me, which prefabricated house was the basis. I suspect an error in the operation of the planning software as the reason for the staircase being shifted by about half a dozen steps (?)

Uh beer bench with doll chairs

look at the floor plan. Something doesn't fit with the measurements. Draw the furniture to scale and observe minimum distances
e.g. wall to table edge 80 cm

The thing with the stairs must have happened by accident.

You have interpreted the template "Meisterstück Cubushaus" (external links are not desired here) very freely - one could also say: degraded it to inspiration. Unfortunately, this resulted in a strong compression of the spatial axes parallel to the house axis in order to stay within the building plot. From my point of view, you could have achieved this more favorably by tilting, i.e. a rotation of about ten to fifteen degrees clockwise (for the house, and slightly less for the garage). If the building plot is already such a "slanted" parallelogram anyway, you could all the more do the discussion the favor of orienting the plans to the north.

I do not understand the plan (and there will probably be others here as well) One box is one meter? What kind of dining table is that supposed to be? There is grumbling, but no interest in clarification or improvement? I'll put it this way: my letters are numbered, just like the OP's.
