Floor plan, what do you say?

Regardless of your plan, why not let the architect make a suggestion? I mean, he studied this and (hopefully) has a lot of experience in drawing houses. Maybe he will come up with ideas you hadn't even thought of. We had 2-3 sample plans from initial meetings and already liked them. But then we only took our room ideas (what we need) to the architect and gave him some freedom. That resulted in much better ideas. And if something doesn’t suit you, you can always change it according to your preferences.

Thought processes: - are supply lines allowed to be built over? - drainage bathroom above the living room? - alignment bathroom // alignment children's room - the budget of 600000€ has been significantly exceeded - is a bulky block a dream house? - how does an architect react to a client with such illustrated ideas?
