I would reconsider the utility room, it is quite small. Normally, the heating system, washing machine, etc. are placed there. If you want to hang laundry there, it will be very tight.
Which program was used to make the design?

Because we have the same costs every month. Less loan for the energy saving ordinance house and additional costs (gas/electricity) is exactly as high as a higher loan installment without these additional costs.

In the initial post it says that we use the photovoltaic system for heating. We have a small electric heater on the wall in each room. However, the main heating will be the fireplace.

Sorry - but I don't understand this answer. A real PH is many times more expensive than a house built according to the Energy Saving Ordinance or as a KfW Efficiency House ;) How can the monthly burden then be lower?

Not less but equal. Well, I have about €75,000 in additional costs. This means €200 more in loan installments monthly. I would also have to pay that monthly for electricity and gas. In addition, we get €200-400 at the end of the year because of the feed-in tariff when the purchased electricity is subtracted, and we still pay for water and sewage from that.
