No idea how you come up with 60,000, I wrote about 40,000 additional investment.
So we are getting the Plus Energy House for 210,000 € (1750€/m²) fixed price (Energy Saving Ordinance reference house offer would be 160,000 €, so about 30% less).
So in our case that means, I do have additional investments of about 30% (60,000 €) but monthly even have a slightly lower burden thanks to the lower interest rate and the savings on ancillary costs.
Well, I have about 75,000 € additional costs.
