Cannot follow the comment, who is playing God here? The price information comes from the construction company, we cannot say more about it. Are there any ideas to avoid the long rather dark hallway? What do you think about the idea of the passage to the [WZ]?

A skylight above the stairs helps there. With the straight staircase in the middle, this is often a problem. The only solution is to completely redesign.
