I think only the green arrow is the real north arrow. The black arrows are all rather to be interpreted somewhere like "direction arrows" of earth movements or something like that. The crux, as always, is that the plans are set in different orientations. Here there were 3 different orientations. Compiled together, just for overview: What stands out very negatively as a result is the south corner of the ground floor with the kitchen .. where the tall cupboard corner is planned. I consider this worth re-planning. The 3m wide kitchen is neither fish nor fowl. It is neither suitable as a good two-line kitchen nor as a real island kitchen or similar and wastes sqm area in the current layout.
