The contractor is planning without height specifications?

In the photo, it doesn't look that steep at all.

I thought some height specifications would come after my inquiry. Less is better than nothing.

Why don't you measure 2 profiles yourself?

To stay within the budget, without a basement. I assumed an 18% slope.

Hm... Isn't it actually more the case that the extreme slopes are at the front and very back, and in the middle it's "only so" about 2 meters over 30 meters of property depth?

Thank you again at this point for your feedback. Here is a brief update: The notary appointment for the land purchase will take place in a few days. We have commissioned the location and elevation plan to prepare further planning. Details will follow. The driveway cannot be implemented as originally planned due to existing water pipes. Instead, it will be realized in the northeast of the property. We have also commissioned an architect; we are currently still at the beginning of the goal-finding phase.

Then let's wait for the site plan with the actual elevations. Please draw in the water pipe.

Hello everyone, here is a brief update from us (compared to the many progress steps and setbacks we have already had).

Attached is a rough sketch with the planned terrain modeling and a preliminary draft. The attic still corresponds to the mirrored version from an earlier stage – there were no change requests from our side here. Facade, furnishings, garage size, and detailing on the property have not yet been considered. What we like:
[*]In the basement: the spacious cloakroom and the sensible subdivision of the living areas. [*]On the ground floor: that the utility room could be accommodated and that the kitchen may possibly be separated. [*]Stairwell and hallway are the perfect combination for us of separation and everyday practicality.
A small drawback: The living/dining area is not particularly large for our 5- to 7-member family – this still concerns us.

As always, we look forward to your feedback, your tips, and pointers to possible pitfalls!
