The shafts are not continuous - at least I can't find them on the ground floor. And the usual question: where do the installation lines of the bathroom come from/go to, especially the wastewater pipes: downpipes, vents over the roof, soffits under the ceiling above the ground floor.

Bathroom/upper floor and kitchen/ground floor have nothing to do with each other in terms of installations. This can lead to complications in the work planning, at the latest during execution on the construction site including long faces and soffit crafts.

Bathroom and Child 1 should be swapped in the floor plan. Ideally also Basement 1 + 2, if Basement 1 is the house connection room and the location of the house connection lines can still be freely chosen.

For me, only a T would come into question in terms of the idea; with the result that the shower becomes a bit smaller.

Thanks to you too for your opinion!

I also find the storage room very borderline, yes. The dimensions are 1.10 x 1.70. Two narrow shelves, a few wall brackets; that’s it. However, only the essentials like basic foodstuffs, a broom, and vacuum cleaner are to be stored here. Unfortunately, we couldn’t place it differently... The alternative would be not having a shower on the ground floor... which actually isn’t an option for us...

I hadn’t even considered the water heater... The consequence would be that the water, for example in the shower, would take a few seconds to get warm, right? Basement 1 must be the room with the house connections because the supply comes from the street in the north. That’s what the developer said.

Children’s rooms. More precisely, it’s a west/north-facing room. That also bothered me a bit... but the sun comes around here from about 2 pm in summer and about 3 pm in winter... Surely that is not intended. I would gladly swap the bedroom and children's room so that both children have a south-facing orientation.

I would like to know briefly what the disadvantage of a G-shaped kitchen is.

Basically, I would prefer children's rooms with 20 sqm or more. Unfortunately, our budget limits us here. The children’s rooms in our current apartment are 12.5 and 8.5... an improvement by all means. Of course, one could also say "leave out the dressing room, then the children's rooms become even bigger"...

The solution in the bathroom is also not optimal for us as I said and requires a change.

Thank you very much for your perspective!

By "shafts" do you mean the laundry chute? That goes from the upstairs bathroom through the cloakroom (which is drawn in) down to basement 1.

Basically, I always thought (as a layperson) that it is primarily important that the upstairs bathroom and downstairs WC are aligned and use the same soil stacks? I can't say much about the rest. Is it important here where the drainage leads to the sewer? It is at the southern boundary of the property... so quite far away. How it is then connected, I can't say.

Swap bathroom and Child 1? Then Child 1 would have 12.55 sqm available in the northeast... Or am I misunderstanding? The window in the bathroom is on the east side.
Basement 1 is, as mentioned, the utility room. Electricity is supplied directly at the north corner of this part of the property. That is why this one was chosen.

Thank you too, Yvonne! I forgot to mention that above.

Attached is a section of the property that I have on my phone. The folder is currently in my cabinet at work.

144/5 is the property. The middle space 144/4 is and remains undeveloped. Below with house number 7 is my parents' house.

North is at the top.
