Hello,
I have 2 floor plans for our house. Both 10 x 11m. Which one do you think is better?

Up is always south. Windows are not perfectly planned yet and can still be moved.
Here is variant B:

Some furniture is already included. I can only recommend this to anyone who does not want to fully redecorate.
The budget does not allow for any expansion, but if you have any ideas, feel free to share. :)

Best regards!

Definitely number 2, the first proposal is totally convoluted and has huge corridors. But whether the floor plan is any good, I can't tell you.

I like the first option better. Although I am usually a fan of straight and 1/4 turn staircases instead of the small 1/2 turn ones, I prefer the first option in your layout. In any case, I find it clearer in structure. Well, there is no pantry. How is that supposed to be solved? Upstairs, parents and children are separated by the hallway, not door to door. Definitely better.. And the room sizes are really sufficient! But in the end, you will probably have to decide which option works best for you.

The pantry is unfortunately missing in floor plan A. That’s correct. But the utility room is basically right next to the kitchen. The bottles and canned goods still have to fit in there. Laundry is upstairs separately anyway.

Is there a basement or is the utility room = technical room? Then as a pantry maybe not quite ideal, right?! But the experts have to say that.

There is no basement. In the technical room, there is only the heat pump for geothermal energy. There are (hopefully?) no exhaust gases or the like.
