Floor plan recommendation from you

Well, you have to look at the whole thing proportionally. Previously 35m² living room and 15m² hallway, now 45m² living room and 20m² hallway. So the ratio stays about the same.

The enlargement has the effect that our furniture fits in there. In the catalog houses, they always draw in dwarf furniture. For me, that is always a customer deception.

Do you already have an architect or developer? What does he say about it? Otherwise, just find one and express your wishes. You don't seem to be completely decided yet. They usually have good ideas and know what is feasible.

We also went to the architect with a plan. The ground floor roughly stayed the same, but everything changed in the upper floor and attic. As much as possible, including drains, etc. And we are very happy with the current plan. We are still working on the details, but soon we can submit the building application :)
