Hello,
in addition to some already mentioned points (especially bathrooms / 2 m line), I would also reconsider creating a direct access from the hallway on the ground floor to the living/dining room.
A double-leaf door or an open passage (my favorite) would give both the living/dining area and the hallway openness and light.
Bar stools: Here I would like to contradict . We also have a similar counter with bar stools in our kitchen that is frequently used. A quick breakfast or just sitting there to go through the mail while the other cooks or bakes are just two examples of regular use.
The wall panel between living and dining is probably planned as a multimedia wall, right? Although I agree with that this wall panel limits the variability of the dining table, as a media wall it is optimal. You have to decide for yourselves what is more important to you.
Regards,
Dirk
