Floor plan optimization (expansion, adding floors)

I don't understand anything (that I can imagine as feasible). The plan says: demolition of most of the existing wall layouts, as if the house is essentially being "blown up bigger" and rebuilt; even load-bearing walls are removed, and a new load-bearing wall is placed where there is currently no visible load-bearing wall beneath. Part of an existing wall alignment juts out diagonally. The staircase is added in front of the previous floor plan; an office branches directly off the staircase and from there you could only access the WC in the apartment through the stairwell corridor; the roof structure is almost completely reinvented. A fake? - can't someone wait for April Fools' Day????

I’m well aware that the yellow indicates the part to be demolished. But are we seriously supposed to believe that you 1. demolish a roof and 2. an upper floor, 3. then also the ceiling of the ground floor, 4. place a cantilevered new ceiling as the floor slab of a screw-head penthouse on top of the ground floor, and 5. attach a stairwell tower for its access, which furthermore 6. is not even fully covered by the new roof? Aren’t you taking an old man for a bit too much of a ride?

Oh, what I didn’t really notice so clearly last night: until now, there was no staircase leading to this attic at all, and the new staircase is (except for a little more than the landing in front of the apartment door) not covered. But hats off to whoever puts so much artistic effort into an early April Fool’s joke!
