Well, then it’s not only the window at the shower, but you shower on a display plate. For those who like it? I prefer to look out the window from the toilet rather than stand by the window while showering. Everyone should know their own preferences.

Then you just don’t go to the attic anymore. The main staircase will be more of a challenge anyway. That should be enough. People change their habits as they get older.

What is usual is what the majority does (personally, I don't know anyone who has their main access to the garden/terrace through the kitchen. None of the construction projects I have supervised have had such a solution as standard in recent decades).

I find the ground floor horrible. You enter the house, stand in a large, cramped hallway, and there is a toilet on the ground floor without natural light/windows under the stairs? I find the entrance area too labyrinthine and winding, where you have to snake through with groceries to get to the kitchen. I would swap the kitchen and the utility room. Then you wouldn't have such a narrow living corridor.

Nevertheless, it is right next to your neighbors, which is inconsiderate. That will bother them and certainly does not contribute to a harmonious neighborhood relationship.
