My personal opinion as a 30-year-old man. I would find a space missing here where the potential partner can still develop themselves after moving in. Settling into a made bed without a personal retreat can quickly cause discomfort.

I know what you mean, but it would be like that :D especially since it’s not a legacy issue if I build it alone. I see it more as an advantage, even though you could afford more if you were two. This way it’s all mine, if a partner comes that’s nice and if he leaves, he can leave again. But you don’t have to argue over something you built together. Unfortunately, I’ve been seeing that a lot in my circle of acquaintances lately.

I didn’t find anything where you can choose the gender. Or is it just simply written in the description? Sorry, I’m still very new here :p

I don’t see a problem with the interior finishing. It’s just floors, ceilings, walls and sanitary. I also have people from the trade in my circle of acquaintances.

I’m happy to accept donations to build a hobby room for the potential man :D:D
Jokes aside, I also like tinkering, I also do woodwork and such. But my budget doesn’t allow it. Behind the carport there’s supposed to be something like a workshop someday. But unfortunately, more isn’t possible at the moment.

Because the main entrance is now only for the mayor. At our place, it is not used for days. Everything goes through the garage, building services. Not nice. Practical though. Strollers, children's fleet stay dry.
