I'm weird. For me, bathroom or WC has to be twice, the tub could be left out, for me more likely the carport could be missing; I've probably lived alone too long o_O

So far there have been no significant changes. Except that I removed the step at the front door and the front door will get a canopy :D

The problem is, well not really a problem, but the utility room is in the bottom right corner because it is closest to the connections on the property (for cost reasons). And I can't plan dividing the utility room into 2 rooms in a way that will be better for me than before. Actually, I don't think having one big room is bad at all.

A project I like! With a very tight budget, I would try to have as much water/sewage as possible run on one line and at a short distance to the sewer. I would also try to create long sightlines with reference points outdoors (garden boundary?). The house won’t be huge, after all. Interior corridors could possibly have a light well. It costs less than 1000 and can be easily retrofitted, especially in a bungalow. Yellow bag in the house: The square meter of the house connection room is significantly more expensive than the square meter of the garden shed. And whether you really want to rinse every yogurt cup because of the smell before it goes into the bag. Last suggestion: Red wine instead of beer. Best regards Gabriele
