The approx. 65€K (75,000€ - minus approx. costs for the energy consultant) is the grant that we will receive as a subsidy after the completion of the house.

Yes, we have taken note of that as well. Now we first have to think of an alternative. The house as we had planned it so far, we will most likely not be able to build anymore. It was known that KFW55 would be discontinued. But that KFW40/+ would be stopped initially hit us like a lightning bolt.

You and most others probably too, although considering other exhausted funding programs, I’m not so surprised that the pot is sometimes empty there as well.
