Am I the only one who doesn't like the house from the outside right now at all? It looks like a huge block... Could be an old office building or something... Didn't you want to reconsider the windows or the roof shape to make it look a bit more homely?

From the outside, it's actually not really my thing either, but those are more subjective impressions than, for example, a floor plan.

- Thanks for the information, with Sweety 3D I have the problem that I cannot draw a semi-spiral staircase, hence the inquiry about the program. Our floor plans are still with the builder. As soon as we have them, I will upload them. We initially planned the passage to the garage that way too, but then decided on a pantry and a wider hallway. Everything has its pros and cons and unfortunately you cannot have it all ;(

- could you please upload the rest of your floor plans. Upper floor or basement, if you have them. What kind of roof have you planned?

Attached are 2 more pictures from the outside, the other pictures really don’t look that nice from the outside. But I like the house on the proper visualization. However, on the visualization the front dormer is still too high.

Yes, that is the famous meter that would make everything easier. But we cannot make the footprint larger due to the prescribed building window. Your floor plan also looks good, what have you planned in the 2.88 meter wide area? The view from the front door to the garden would be nice, but then we would have to swap the staircase with the front door in our place and then it wouldn’t fit on the upper floor anymore.

The attic is intended as a reserve for expansion. We will be around 320 thousand euros for the house. In addition, there are the floor coverings and painting work in the living areas.

The cross gable extends into the attic; if this is not explicitly permitted in the development plan, you will not receive a building permit!

Rhenish greetings from on the road

Thanks for the hint, it is not allowed like that here. The start of the gable must be 1 meter below the roof ridge. However, I have not yet received the current visualizations.
