The roofer doesn’t need them; they are for the carpenter. They are drawn in the floor plan when an exposed roof truss is desired, where they lie, so to speak, analogous to beams under the "ceiling."

That's what I mean.. Is it? I don't think so, right?

Thank you very much. Here are the answers to the latest complaints

[*]The guest WC really has a shower. The window is set relatively high and made of privacy glass.
[*]We are also not 100% satisfied yet and are still considering. Good point. We now prefer to place the sliding door in the extension, which would give us more space for the kitchen units. We are also unsure whether we really want a room under the stairs or would rather leave it open somehow. But the stairs might also be placed somewhere completely different.
[*]We intentionally had the wall set back so that cabinets could stand there that you can’t see from the side. But you are absolutely right about the door between the cabinets. The kitchen is not supposed to be an L-shape, but really just a long row with an island. We will definitely reconsider making the wall flush and installing a window.
[*]Regarding the staircase turned sideways (as currently shown in the plan), we had imagined it differently. If we now rotate it, we will have to rethink it.
[*]Regarding the bathroom planning, I’ll quote myself: "Positioning of the shower etc. in the bathroom upstairs will not remain as is." We also find it terrible. The exact planning is being done with the architect.

Thank you very much for your reply.
Very valid points, which we will take into consideration again.

But: the house cannot be oriented more to the NE than in the current plan, or did I misunderstand you?

It is probably only about 30cm and thus a slight slope. I will ask again regarding drainage. Thank you.

We are still considering whether the washing machine and dryer should go into the bathroom on the upper floor.
According to the general contractor, the HWS is large enough to dry laundry. It could be made significantly smaller since the gas boiler & co probably don't need that much space.
But with a dryer and drying outside in the summer, we should manage fine.

The attic will definitely not be used for everyday items.
My theory is that the more space you have, the more stuff you accumulate. Therefore, the goal remains that we only use part of it as storage. But we are still thinking about that.

Good point about the door, noted immediately.
Furthermore, a washbasin should still be added to the room, which is currently not yet drawn in.

For the part of the upper floor that we do not want to use as storage, we are seriously considering an exposed roof truss to make everything look more open.
