Floor plan of a single-family house with a gable roof approx. 200 sqm - successful?

For a house with 200 sqm, I would definitely treat myself to a walk-in closet. Otherwise, as already mentioned several times, there is a lack of storage space, the utility room is too small. At least plan for another storage room and/or pantry... why 2 offices, there is still room upstairs, the size of the children's room with its own bathroom is great! But with 200 sqm, you can do even more!

I can imagine people for whom the floor plan fits. 2 adults, work-oriented, possibly self-employed, generous hosts, but want peace and quiet outside of self-organized socializing, a clearly no longer toddler, no other child planned, some status orientation, good at throwing things away, not collectors, budget for the house is flexible. It could fit there. From the perspective of practical and financial efficiency, the house fails.

Why is the bedroom planned next to the children's room? Why isn't the bathroom placed between the bedroom & children's room? Maybe someone can enlighten me why the wall is often divided, even though the floor plan allows for more!?!?! :oops:
