The positive first - nice that you give your child so much space. But I don’t find the room layout so optimal - what immediately stands out to me, for example - is that little wardrobe enough for you? And do you want to sleep wall to wall with the child? You don’t have to plan separate living areas for the children right away, but a little space for privacy in the sleeping area would be important to me. I also don’t like going through dark, narrow cloakrooms to get to the guest WC - everyday shoes or children's junk tend to be there. The office on the ground floor with the kitchenette and the bed again looks like “we are taking the housing subsidy for a granny flat,” so you can’t say anything about the actual practical value. I would rather put the utility room downstairs and relax the whole area upstairs a bit. Especially if you don’t have a basement, do you want to carry everything upstairs without a pantry etc? Or will everything then be in the “office”?
